History and Mission:
MasterBuild LLC serves property owners, developers, investors, and businesses throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We manage construction with a clear focus on planning, accountability, quality, and communication.
Our work includes residential new construction, luxury remodeling, commercial tenant buildouts, owner’s representation, project management, code-violation correction, and expired-permit closeout.
Leadership and Experience:
MasterBuild LLC was founded and is led by Oleg Izotov, a Florida Certified General Contractor with more than 20 years of construction and business experience in Europe and the United States.
Oleg combines field experience with project management, permitting, inspections, contractor coordination, budgeting, and problem-solving. He remains directly involved in project planning and execution, giving clients access to the person responsible for the company’s decisions and performance.
